“ Das war einen schoenen Aufenthalt. Frau Hummel happens to be the nicest host that I have ever come across in my long travelling life! The guesthouse itself is located in the sleepy village of Duggendorf, an ethereal sight amidst lush green nature, an hour by bus from Regensburg central (20 minutes by train from Regensburg central station). Due to the somewhat challenging commute to abd from Regensburg, our wonderful host absolutely insisted that she be allowed to drop us to (and from) the local train station at Laaber, or the nearest bus station (Wischenhofen), the former some 7 km from the guesthouse! She took affront the first time we chose to walk in from the bus stop!! To top this all, the dear Frau Hummel is an outstanding cook. Can't say e tough how happy and grateful we are with our stay and the host. I happily according give hundred stars for our stay. ”
